Kiosk doesn’t work, wizard doesn’t work

I want to reset start9 one to factory settings but seems that nothing works. I have used it before but haven’t used it for a year and now I would like to reset it. Tried an old ( 9 years usb drive with the startos flashed on it , using my tv as an hdmi output and a keyboard but nothing happened. Monitor gets „ no signal „ tried different hdmi ports ect.

Then tried the option with Ethernet ( same network) having the usb drive connected to start9 . Tte usb drive was flashing , but the browser could not connect to it the start9 Ihttp://start.local

What other options are left since nothing seems to work so far ?

And also csn it be that the old usb drive ( WD my passport ultra , ca. 9 years) is the problem?

Hi Matt1! Please tell me about your server hardware. What is the make, model, and specs?

It’s a server one , I bought it 8 months ago . Since I don’t have the box and nonscheduled to the inner life of this box I can only describe it . It has a power button and two SS ports on the front, two ss ports, two HD ports , one Ethernet port , one usb c port , one ear phone connection and the power connection on the back
