My server is running StartOS 0.4.0.4. Today, 3 November, I downloaded the update to 0.4.1.1 and clicked Restart to apply it.

The interface has remained on “Restarting” for over an hour. Opening a new tab and doing a hard refresh haven’t cleared it. Clicking “Restart to apply” again has no effect.

All installed services appear to be running normally.

OS logs repeatedly show:
receiver dropped
shared-libs/crates/start-core/src/shutdown.rs:144

There are also “Error in db websocket” / “broken pipe” messages.

I have attached the OS logs and screenshots. I haven’t disconnected power or forced a shutdown.

What is the recommended safe way to restart the server and complete the update when the web restart control isn’t working?
