Who is looking to start a local-first AI workflow? Sovereign Brain can help. It’s a project built by Roland from Alby.

Instead of acting as another standard chat interface for an LLM, it functions as a local brain for working on problems together. It takes voice or text inputs, runs them through local models (like Qwen) using `llama.cpp`, and automatically structures the output into markdown files on your own drive.
It’s private, subscription-free, and designed for data sovereignty.
Code is open source here: [https://github.com/rolznz/sovereign-brain](https://github.com/rolznz/sovereign-brain)

Or do you already have a local AI workflow running?
