On a StartOS Pure I clicked to update the OS as prompted. The Update downloaded and after clicking Restart, I can’t connect to the unit anymore it is not connecting online. Not sure what to do now.
I used a flashed USB with the new OS and rebooted selecting “preserve existing data” and it looks like it worked.
Good job, this is an issue currently affecting Pures, and a manual flash is the solution.
