I downloaded Edit with Libreoffice app on Nextcloud on Start 9. I am able to review documents. It shows Libre Office Remote so i go to save Libre Office Remote. It ask for info like host i have tried both the Webdav LAN URL and Onion URL. I have tried both secure connection for port 443 and unsecure with port 80. Then i put in remove wav php for option at bottom. I put in general description like Nextcloud for option above. After trying all this it does not not give me option to save document. Has anyone been able to successfuly save a reedited Libre office document on Start 9 Nextcloud. If so how did you do it?

on desktop office do i put in onion or lan url? for i put secure connection for port 443 or just leave port 80? and what do i put for root?
You’d put the .onion if you want to use the .onion, and the .local if you want to use the .local. Ultimately that means… are you using this at home or away from home? Have you configured your device to run tor as a system service?
You’ll need to play around with this. I’ve never done it.
The other thing you can do is just set up a WebDAV mapping for your Nextcloud on your computer. Then you can just browse directories and files as if they were stored on the local file system. You could then right click and edit files without configuring anything in LibreOffice and without using a web browser. The WebDAV interface is presented both in Nextcloud and in StartOS.
have you set up webdav mapping before on nextcloud for start 9. did you have good results with it? that sounds like a interesting option to try
