Bitcoin Core 28.1.0-2 Update

Hi, I guess this is a silly question but I ask it nonetheless. I recently had a problem and updated the Bitcoin Knots as I had installed it and not configured (I do not know how it works and do not need it for now) and although the forum gave me the appropriate advice to solve the problem and stay with the Bitcoin Core I did not know how to do it and I had to synchronize the Bitcoin Core completely. Today I get an update of the two (the Bitcoin Knots I have not installed) and my question is whether I can update the Bitcoin core without problem?
Best regards.

If you’re using Bitcoin Core, you can update to Bitcoin Core’s new version. If you’re using Knots, you can upgrade to Knots new version. Upgrading to the one you don’t have switches one for the other.

I think you already have a grasp of why the two show up, but for anyone else reading, it’s a bit of a hack to allow Knots to exist on StartOS and be switched to without starting over with the initial sync. Until we release a neater tool to switch between them, StartOS will be somewhat confused as to which you’re using… but you the user should not be and be able to make the correct choice when choosing which to update.
