Hi, i was wondering if there is a way to update core to v27 to take advantage of p2p encryption between node or do we have to wait for the devs to push an update. If so when can we expect it?

In order to run services on StartOS they need to be packaged for StartOS. So you cannot update Bitcoin Core to v27 until the StartOS packaging for it is updated to v27. I’m not aware of any target dates for this…

It’s currently in alpha testing. It will likely take a few more weeks to undergo thorough testing, but I would say it’s coming soon.
