Brand new to servers/nodes set up Server One but not sure if StartOS/Bitcoin Core is running normally

Hello. Just received a Start9 Server One and set it up yesterday.

Do these logs look normal ? Seems like these errors aren’t.

Updated firmware, wired to TP Link AX110000 router, used a longer (3-5ft) ethernet cable because stock was too short. Spectrum internet.

Try Actions > Reindex chainstate

Thank you, George, I did try that about 10 times, along with all the other reindexing, etc. I’m not in front of the server so I don’t recall the names. Still repeats the errors.

Ok, go ahead and progress to:
Actions > Reindex Blockchain

Doing that now, thanks, George. Will keep you updated. -Karl

Fatal error and restart….

Now constant restarts….

And last one, constant restarts, got to about 1.67% synch. I’m stopping the server now.

Something is off the rails here. The initial block download, and verify should have taken several days. Are you saying this is what you get after you reindexed blockchain as George suggested. If this is the case, I’d recommend to uninstall Bitcoin. Restart the server, System>Restart. Then install Bitcoin again.

You should come see us for live support.

Yes, you are correct, I can’t even download the initial block. Thank you for the link, I’m still trying to figure out where to find live support. Doh! Much appreciated, Rexter.

Followed your instructions for uninstall and reinstall, thank you. Going on 45 minutes, syncing now at 0.04% Does that sound normal? ETA: fatal error again: Chatting with support per your suggestion, thank you.

Just to make sure we don’t drop the ball here:

Are you the same one already in the live chat, with what we determined to be a hardware problem. Just want to make sure you are being taken care of.

Thanks Rexter, yes, that’s me. Appreciate the follow up!
