I am probably just blind, so I appologize in advance, but all of the tutorials I’ve seen on BTCPay show an “Apps” accordion in the left menu between the “Payments” and “Plugins” accordions. However, this accordion is not present in my instance:
Despite looking all around the interface, I cannot seem to figure out where else to create new apps. Some additional details in case they are relevant:

I have configured the base layer wallet within BTC Pay Server itself, and lightning is configured to connect to the LND service via the StartOS config.

I have only one user created, which I am logged in as, which as the “ServerAdmin” role:
