Cannot connect to server after changing router password

@AreaArmOption please describe your server model, and physical layout. When you say, you changed the router password, are you referring to the password that is needed to get into the router config, or are you talking about your wifi password for your wireless network. I need to know if the server was connected to your router via ethernet, or wifi before the issue presented itself?

I have Start9 deployed successfully into a NUC with all the services. I get ideally I should have it connected over ethernet and that’s what I am planning to do in the near future but for the moment I was testing it with wifi. Yesterday I did update the password to my wireless network and since I am not able to connect to it in any way. Not even by plugging in the ethernet cable into the NUC. I did have a static ip assigned but for some reason I cannot ping it either.

Please tell about the client machine that you are using to try and connect to your server. Is it also connected to your router via ethernet? What OS is on this device? Have you tried to connect to your server on any other devices?

Just to close the loop on this issue, I managed to reconnect it after removing the allow list in my router and reentering the MAC address in the whitelist. So, not sure why this happened in the first place because the device was assigned a static IP and the MAC address was already in the list. Thanks for your help!
