Where are you getting the .s9pk file from that you are trying to side load? Can you share the link where you got it?
Oh, I didn’t even know that was a thing (I’ve never side loaded anything) - just thought it was something you could do in general with a docker container (or something

No, a developer would have to package it for StartOS specifically & then either release it only on their own (github, etc…) or they would got through the submission process to get their service added to the Community Registry of StartOS.
This is a Marketplace where the Services are packaged and maintained by Community Developers and not officially by Start9, even though some Start9 members might be developers/maintainers of Services in the Community Marketplace.
