Hey guys, just got my start9 and want to run clawdbot on it… everyone seems to be using the. mac. mini but start 9 is more secure. my problem is im not too technical and need help. i use a mac as. my main computer but really want to dive into my start 9… any help is appreciated.
I believe Clawdbot has become Moltbot. The short answer is, in order to install a piece of software on any OS, it has to be packaged for that OS. If you are interested is running software on StartOS that has not been packaged for it, you can reach out to the developers of that project, and ask them to package for StartOS.
However, I don’t know anything about Moltbot, but if an AI powered personal assistant is running in an isolated container on your server, I don’t see how that’s going to be of much use. It seems to me, like hiring a landscaper, but then locking him in the tool shed. Again, my knowledge of AI powered personal assistants is almost zero, but my understanding is, it would need access to your daily workflow.
I’ve just been told Moltbot will be available for StartOS soon. Time for me to cure some of my ignorance…
