Confused about RTL UI .local access

Hello,

My Server One node is setup and running fine with Bitcoin Core and electrs without issue for over one week. I installed Core Lightning and Ride the Lightning services today. They are both up and running with all status indicators in the green. I am unable to access the RTL UI .local address from an Edge browser or from a Chrome browser on my Windows 11 machine. I can access the RTL UI through the Tor address. I can ping my Server One and get responses. Why can’t I see the RTL UI .local address? I’m not stuck I would just like to understand. Thanks in advance.

Many Windows users tend not to complete the guides and skip the final step: Start9 | Connecting Locally

I had Bonjour installed and my options were to repair the installation or remove it. I ran the repair function, Bonjour restarted and then I could see the my .local RTL. I totally remember installing Bonjour, but I wonder if I somehow exited without starting the services. I’ll check my .startup to make sure Bonjour starts on boot. Thanks for your help.
