I was having a hard time connecting to Tor so I just used my local connection and it worked fine. I was worried it was not secure so i asked Gemini. Can you tell me if this is correct or not as AI is often incorrect.
Hi @mikek, using your local connection while you’re at home is secure and is actually the recommended way to access your Start9 server. Your traffic stays entirely on your home network and doesn’t go out to the Internet. So if Tor is giving you trouble and LAN is working, you’re perfectly fine using LAN - there’s no need to get Tor working just for security.
