Datum Gateway, connection refused

I installed Datum Gateway yesterday and it was working for a while. However, I needed to update the configuration to change the Bitcoin address (for a video I am recording). After restarted the service, the log is now filled with the following lines repeating:

[ datum_protocol_client ] ERROR: Socket error: connection refused

[ datum_gateway_listener_thread ] INFO: DATUM not connected and configured for pooled mining only! rejecting connection. (1 connections rejected since last noted)

I also noticed that when I try to go to the ocean.xyz website in any browser on my home networks, it responds with Connection Refused. I can only reach it if I use Tor proxy (I guess I’m blocked?) Not sure if the two are related (but both issues started near the same time). Any ideas how I can get around this issue, especially if I’ve been mistakenly blocked by either Ocean or my ISP?

I figured it out (traffic was stopping at the very first hop). Eero had blocked ocean.xyz, flagging it under “malware”. I just added it to the allow list under Eero Secure > Advanced > Block/Allow Sites, and it is working again.
