Enable trusted certificate on IPhone IOS 18

Forgive me if this has been covered couldn’t see it

Does the Root CA Certificate, (stuffy-condor Local Root CA) need to be configured with Apple Configurator on a Mac before it will work on iPhone ?

Don’t have a Mac

I have downloaded and installed it on my phone but
Still not showing up in Certificate Trust Settings. The certificate is currently installed and can be seen in VPN & Device Management tab it’s says that to activate go to Certificate Trust Settings but it’s not there ?

Any one done this before ?

Try it again. Follow this guide carefully:

Hi there are some differences with my phone when following the guide

Step 8 is not working for me

I can install certificate but it doesn’t show up in the Trusted Certificates tab ?

You said Step 8 is not working, and you show an image of Step 2. Did you go through Steps 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7? It won’t show up until you’ve completed all the steps.

This is an example of the difference on my phone from the guide I had more pictures but can only up load one

Step 2 down loads the file direct to setting. Not iCloud downloads folder

I can still compleat steps 3,4,5,6,7

But I don’t get a green verification tick after step 7 install

I then Go to step 8 and there is no certificate in Certificate Tust Settings

Have followed GBT advice and tried a few things

Hi Rexter

I have run though all the steps several times I can successfully download and install the certificate but it doesn’t show up in certificate trust settings

Is there anything else I can try ?

All steps work for me apart from step 8 no green tick verification as you can see in picture ? Any ideas on what to do next ?

This may be a change in how iOS displays things. Are you saying when you click past this, the certificate is untrusted and you can’t access the server?

We’ve tested this internally on the latest iOS. You’re correct. The checkmark is no longer shown, but everything works OK.
