The CA certificate generated by StartOS 0.4.0 installs successfully on macOS, but on iOS it is immediately rejected as ‘invalid’ during installation, so it never appears under Certificate Trust Settings. Seems that something has changed. The instructions are easy to follow, so there are no steps I missed.
Is the HTTPS certificate presented on the public IP supposed to be the same certificate used for the .local address, or is it a separate certificate/profile?
Downloading the *.crt file directly with Safari and attempting to install it results in iOS rejecting it as invalid. However, if I first save the *.crt file to iCloud Drive and then open it from the Files app, the certificate installs successfully. After trusting it under Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings, HTTPS works as expected.
This appears to be related to Safari’s download/install flow rather than the certificate itself.
