Ethernet Port Damage

Server One Ethernet port physically damaged
I have a Start9 Server One. The Ethernet cable will no longer click/lock into the RJ45 port. I have tried multiple known-good cables with the same result. The jack appears physically damaged.

Is the Ethernet jack repairable/replacable, or does Start9 offer a hardware repair/replacement option for this?

What actually happened? Looks like the ethernet cable was yanked out with great force, so much that things are bent outwards. Did it get tripped over?
