I am seeing the following error message on my server:
“can only create exec sessions on running containers: container state improper”
Not sure if it is related, but this happened after I did a system backup on an external HD and then disconnected that device.
So I restarted the whole start9 server and the error went away.
As you’ve discovered, when presented with this particular error:
Error: can only create exec session on running containers: container start imporper
…it can be solved by…
“Restarting” works on so many things in life, that I wonder if it’s some sort of quasi-evidence for reincarnation too. I digress. LOL
