I couldn’t load start.local, so I followed the forum directions to fix this, but Google Home router is not recognizing the start9 device.
A router is not expected to “recognize” a network device exactly, but merely allow it to connect and in most cases assign it an IP address. Typically to do that, whether it’s a Start9 server, or any other computer or device, you plug it into the router and turn it on.
What exactly is the issue? That the router doesn’t show it in a list of connected devices?
