Hi, I have read through the 2024 thread regarding the health check spinning. I have reset Tor in the experimental features, and did a power off. I apologize as this is the limit of my understanding and not able to even find or access logs. Looking for someone who can step by step walk me though this. Thank in advance.

Thanks again for helping. I am unable upload a mp4 to show you exactly what I am seeing however I can explain in detail.
When starting the server status indicates “Starting…” after a few seconds the screen very briefly indicates Health Checks RPC and Synced awaiting results. Then goes back into the loop and indicates “starting…”
I followed the post of 2024 instructions by resetting TOR in experimental features and also did the power off.
Any thoughts?
The server has no “Starting…” status, nor RPC Health Check. A particular service that you chose to install from the marketplace might well do.
Which service are you referring to? Nextcloud? Bitcoin?
It doesn’t need a video to describe, you just need say what exactly has starting loop. If I had to take a guess I’d probably say it was Bitcoin you were talking about, but you don’t say so I can’t really be sure.
You also don’t mention what hardware you’re running… and old laptop from ebay, or a Server Pure for instance.
