Installer can't see target device

I’m trying to install StartOS 0.3.5.1 on an Orangepi 5 with a 2TB nvme SSD.

The installer hangs, saying there is no device for the UUID assigned:

However, it can see the actual device. when I list /dev it appears in subfolders as nvme0n1 and nvme0n1p1

I can mount the install image on my desktop machine and edit from there. I need to match the uuid to nvme0n1p1. How do I proceed?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to install exactly? Since there’s no image of StartOS v0.3.5.1 in existence for a Pi 5, you’re certainly installing something that is not compatible and will fail every time.

If you need to use a Pi 5, consider using the latest alpha test release of v0.4.0, which does support a Pi 5. Or wait until the Beta release.
