The below link makes it clear how to mount a backup while in StartOS, however, is it possible to mount a backup in another linux system?
I want to make sure I can access my Nextcloud files from the backup directly, without using StartOS. If that’s not possible, I’ll make a separate backup path for it. Thanks.
StartOS backups are encrypted and designed specifically for use with the Backup and restore function from within StartOS.
If you really need/want to copy your Nextcloud files, that is one of the easiest services do do that from, just copy whatever files over to another drive/folder.
