I’m currently running the Knots plus BIP-110 client loaded from a custom registry, but now that RDTS has been incorporated into the official Knots client I would like to go back. Is the Community Registry update to latest version of Knots still a work-in-progress? My Updates tab is still saying “All services are up to date”.
This is being looked at. Since StartOS v0351 services are no longer being updated or added to, this isn’t something we were expecting to release. However, just recently with Alby Hub, and in the next few days with Knots, we’ll make a few exceptions.
Most people should migrate to StartOS v040 though, if they want to run the latest software: Update to StartOS 0.4.0 - StartOS
Thank you. I just saw the Knots update come through today.
I was intending to upgrade to 0.4.0 after it leaves beta, but if 0.3.5.1 services are to no longer receive updates I may have to reconsider my approach. Especially since I gather 0.4.0 simplifies a lot of the networking aspects that I’ve had to work around.
