No I flashed the pc and started start9 instead

So how are you running macOS??

You are correct it’s no running Mac OS it’s running
start9 OS sorry for the confusion I also tried to put in recovery mode but locks me out as asks for a password that I cannot put in anywhere

Something has happened to your installation of StartOS. You’ll need to reinstall StartOS, and you’d choose the options to first reinstall and then use existing drive. This will offer some chance of recovering your data, though this may be as corrupted as the OS partition on the drive.
