Login via Firefox, problems with root CA

OS - Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon on an old MacBook, Server One

The StartOS Dashboard comes up, but it never connects. Typically, I’d screenshot some of this for you, but I can’t figure out how to screenshot with Mint loaded on a MacBook, which doesn’t have a ‘prntscrn’ button.

Regarding not connecting to Server One in Firefox:
I see in the address bar to the right of the [adjective]-[noun].local, the little lock has a triangle with an ‘!’.
When I click on the lock it and follow the arrows, it shows me the Root CA.
In the ‘Certificate for …’ I find this:

Basic Constraints

Certificate Authority Yes

Key Usages

Purposes Digital Signature, Certificate Signing, CRL Signing

I’m guessing that this is the problem, but I don’t understand what it is saying nor how to proceed and fix the problem.

p.s. If you can tell me how to do a screenshot with Mint loaded on an old MacBook, I’d appreciate that very much.

Thanks Rexter. Sorry so late to respond. I had to set this issue aside and will get back on it later, life gets in the way. Thanks for being there.

We’re here when you need us. Once you’ve gone through the device setup a few times, it only take a few minutes. It can be a little intimidating at first.
