Mempool error when I try to launch UI

I receive the following error when I click the “Launch UI” button when Mempool is running:

“This site can’t be reached … DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”

I have tried restarting all dependent services (Bitcoin Core and Electrum Server) as well as Mempool itself, I have completely rebooted the Embassy, I have disabled the antivirus software on my remote computer, as well as tried other web browsers, all to no avail.

By the way, it worked for a week before suddenly doing this.

Any ideas?

Moved to troubleshooting. Are you on Windows? If so the problem is almost certainly bonjour and you will need to follow the steps in the green box at the top of this guide.
