Mempool just keeps running in "stopping" mode w/o progress?

Hi
I have installed mempool but under installed services it just keeps running in “stopping” mode w/o any progress (for several days now). How do I stop it and get mempool to run?

Try going to System → Restart in your StartOS UI.

Thanks it now stopped and got restartet again
