My Embassy has no Redemption Code sticker underneath

To whom should I provide my order number, so that I can get a redemption code and create an account with the new decentralized support portal?

If you don’t have a white sticker clearly labeled “Redemption code” placed on the underside of your server, we’d need you to send an email to ops@start9.com with your order number and any relevant details of your original order to get you your code.
