My server powered off

Anyone have any ideas for what to do if your server just dies? No power light on, nothing. Tried unplugging and replugging power cord.

It would depend on what hardware your server is. You don’t mention here. Did you build this yourself? Or is it a model from Start9? (If it is you should get in touch for immediate support at start9.me)

I emailed support because I cannot access the personal support page, maybe because my server is not connected? Anyway, its a Server Pure that I ordered on March 31. Order # X709159 4TB/64GB. Still waiting on a reply to my email.

I see this is being taken care of. (No, accessing our matrix server has nothing to do with your own server, glad you were able to log on)
