I will follow up on this and ask folks to check spam filters etc. for why you may not have received a response to your email.
Thanks Jesse… I was able to keep it running for a few days. Took a few resets this morning and appears to be running now. Do you think it is a loose strand of wire in the cord that is causing this or the actual power supply?
I’m not sure what the server issue is. The reason you got no response for the last 5 days was that Start9 never got an email from you. Perhaps an email filter / restriction blocked it somewhere. Regardless, I followed up and someone from Start9 will email you soon to discuss options.
Thanks… i have proton mail so its not like I have an email address that is suspect.
