New no technical guy and problem with start9

Hi,

I installed start9 last year on my computer for a short time just for the purpose to anonymize my krypro and then uninstalled it and saved the computer setting in an external drive. Both stsrt9 one and the drive plus the cold wallet were out in a safe place and thought everything is good for the next years. But now I wanted to transfer my crypto to another wallet and tried to install start 9 on the previous computer settings of last year. NOTHING worked and I have no idea how to fix this . The browsers are still the same the links to the stsrt9 node unchanged and I connect it to the sane router as last year. Trying to install it from the start after resetting the macOS didn’t worked either. I guess I have to RESET the Stsrt9 and start again . Is there any simple to understand guide on resetting start 9 one?

I have no technicall skills so it must be instructions for dummies level .

Are you trying to recover StartOS from a USB backup? Or did you just re-boot a machine that hasn’t run in a while?

I reinstalled the setting in my macOS from a Time Machine backup at an external harddisc from a year ago when I last time used start9 one.i connected start9 with the same router opened the browser window but it can’t connect

but nothing happens and it says that I have no internet connection and am offline although I m connected with my WiFi router

I believe I replied to a copy of this question sent to the support email. The gist of than answer was to check what the IP address of the server is from the router.
