I received my Server Pure and have started it and logged in a few times. I started Bitcoin Core and found it shut off the next day. Then the server shuts off after starting Bitcoin Core in a minute or so, while the server stayed running for over a day if I left it at the login screen. What would you advise?
If your server is powering down intermittently check to make sure you have a stable connection. If you do, it could be an issue with the power supply that was shipped to you. There were some units that needed a replacement. You can contact ops@start9.com with your order number if you think this is the case
Thank you - waiting for power supply delivery from Ops and we’ll see if that corrects this problem.
The replacement power supply corrected things as now Bitcoin has synched.
