Nextcloud install, startup stuck in Health Checks loop

After install from Marketplace Nextcloud is stuck in this Start-Health Check-Init loop
1.Status Starting…
2. Status Running, Health Checks - Web Interface starting
3. Status Running, Health Checks - Web Interface awaiting results
4. Status Running, Health Checks - Web Interface Nextcloud is initializing
1.Status Starting…
2,3,4,1,2,3,4… See attached screen shots
Bitcoin Core & Electrs running fine

1. Check your logs for any unusual error messages
2. Check system → monitor to be sure you have ample resources
3. Try to stop and restart the service
4. Reboot the server

was getting this error before reboot.
“ERROR startos::manager::manager_container: The service nextcloud has crashed with the following exit code: 1”
