No inbound connection on Tor

I’m running Knots on StartOS. My peer config is “Make public”=enabled and “Disable clearnet”=enabled; Inbound in general seems to work, since I can connect my Electrs Server and get 1 inbound connection from that. But I don´t get any other inbounds from other peers. Shouldn’t I get inbounds from other Tor peers?

If you go to your Knots service and then scroll down to Menu → Properties → Connections you will see all connection in and out.

It is normal for it to take some time to find new connections and if your are able to use the service and connect to it then it should be functioning as expected.

My connection shows 11 (1 in / 10 out). The one inbound is my Electrs. I’m running it for a while now, but nothing has changed.

Is there not any way to check the connection in the command line level to see what might cause the issue?

You could manually connect to this peer from another node. I’m not convinced that you have an “issue” to solve though. As long as you are connected to peers, in or out, you should be good. Sooner or later a tor peer will come along that wants to connect to you, but that’s not required for your node to function. Is something not working for you?

I just wanted to make sure that my node is really acting as a listening node over Tor.
