NTP Time Synchronization Issue on Start9 Server One. Seeking Assistance

Dear Start9 Support Team and Advanced Users,
I am experiencing persistent time synchronization issues with my Start9 Server One running StartOS (based on Debian 12). Despite multiple attemps the system clock fails to synchronize with NTP servers.
Current Status:
timedatectl shows:" Systen synchronized: no"
timedatectl shows:" NTP service: active"
Local timezone: Europe/Madrid (correctly set)
Network connectivity: confirmed working (HTTP/DNS funcional)
Troubleshooting Steps Already Performed:

  1. Verified network connectivity-confirmed working.
  2. Checked DNS resolution-functional.
  3. Tried multiple NTP server configurations:
    pool.ntp.org/time.nist.gov/debian.pool.ntp.org (original, times out)
    European NTP pools such as europe.pool.ntp.org
    and various fallback configurations.
    Specific Questions:
  4. what are the recomended NTP servers for Start9 systems in Spain?
  5. Is there a specific NTP configuration that works best with StartOS?
  6. Could there be firewall restrictions blocking NTP traffic (port 123 UDP)?
  7. Are there Start9-specific time synchronization methods I should be using?
    Current timesyncd.conf:
    [Time]
    NTP=pool.ntp.org
    FallbackNTP=0.debian.pool.ntp.org (idem 1,2,3)
    System Details:
    Network: Direct router connection, static IP
    Location: Spain
    The service attempts to contact servers but consistenly times out waiting for replies. I would appreciate any guidance on the proper NTP configuration or alternative time synchronization methods for Start9 systems.
    Thank you for your assistance.

StartOS should connect without trouble to NTP servers right out of the box without you having to modify anything on your server.

This is usually a case of a router, firewall or ISP configuration which is blocking these connections in some way.

Here is a very detailed post from our very own @Homer, which clearly explains steps you can follow to find a solution for your case.
