Password Recovery on Server Pure

Hello, my server pure evidently went down at some point. I restarted it and unfortunately don’t remember the master password. The guide in your documentation says not to re-flash this drive unless instructed to do so by a Start 9 tech. I’m unable to get to a recovery screen. Is there a way to get there without re-flashing the server or is that in fact the only way?

It is safe to use the following guide. Be sure and select “use existing drive”
