Hello, I’m trying the latest preview version but when I go all the way with the free and non-free version. I don’t see a Marketplace. Is this normal?
If you are testing out StartOS 040, keep in mind this software is currently in Alpha state and is only meant for testing, not for any important uses yet.
If you want to see services in the Marketplace, you will have to switch to the Alpha Marketplace:

Will the upgrade from v3 to version 4 be possible? Automatically?

You’ll be able to upgrade your existing server to 0.4.0, with the services intact.
Updates to StartOS, as well as the services are never automatic. Automatic updates would mean you’re not in control of what software you run. It’s up to you to chose when, and if you update anything.
