i have purchased 2 s9 servers overt the last 5 years anyway i can get private help i set up a second lightning node this one with core and having issues.

For older orders, you have what is called a “redemption code” as a sticker on the bottom of your device. For newer orders, you will have received the code by email shortly after you placed your order.
