Problem starting up (new) Embassy

I purchased an Embassy in 2022, but now getting around to it (opened the black box). I’ve powered on the Embassy red indicator light and a beat. connected the ethernet cable to my router/WiFi (indicator light is red). 1. I am not able to connect via WiFi (http://start.local) from my Mac. 2. not able to connect via ethernet port (macbook also ethernet connected). 3. tried direct Embassy connection to the macbook and no response (http://start.local)

Since this is an older model server, in order for you to be able to access start.local for the initial set up, you will need to reflash to the latest StartOS version (0.3.5.1).

What model do you have?

Thank you Gloria. Looking at the back of the device I have the Embassy: One. Is there a link for older equipment (rasberry pi) for how to reflash to the latest StartOS version?
