I tested ping for my own solo stratum pool on both public pool and datum gateway. My public pool is 1-3ms ping. Datum gateway is about 15-25. What’s the reason for this if there both my own pool on my own network, both are using the same connection, same router etc…
As both Datum Gateway and Public Pool are from the Community Registry they are not directly maintained by Start9 Devs in the way that those from the Start9 Registry are.
I would therefore suggest that you contact the main developers/maintainers via the Support Site links on their respective Service Pages as they would be best suited to assist you with this query, in case there is a known reason from their side.
