Remote access to StartOS

is there another way to Remote access StartOS than the Tor Adress ? I had no success so far with Tor.

Any advices ?

I will be with the next version of StartOS (v0.4.0). This version (v0.3.5.1) is accessible via Tor.

Hopefully Tailscale will be available with the new release.

thx … is there a release date ? it is just not very functional with TOR if you go somewhere and need to access your startOS

I had issues with TOR as well. Once I setup Tailscale everything worked really well. For that reason I will stay with Umbrel. My preference though it Start OS.

My Bitaxe and Avalon Q are at my workplace and connected to my workplace wifi but since my workplace has a firewall preventing access to any pool mining websites, thus I can’t pool mine. I do have access to public pool and have been solo mining so far. How can I point my miners using workplace wifi to my start9 server at home where I have Datum gateway?

Can I SSH into start9 and install Tailscale? Is this safe or will it brick the start9 server?
