Reverse proxy (service) for creating a custodial lightning address

Is there a not to technical way to make LnBits available for clearnet?

As far as I can tell there is no reverse proxy service available on the StartOs Marketplace, correct?

Any help is welcome!

I am trying to create my own lightning-address for my nostr profile (nip-5 verified)

This will be an option by default in the forthcoming v040 of StartOS.

Beta is to be released very soon, the most recent alpha is very stable.

Very nice! I had a smooth transition from 3.5 to 0.4.0-alpha.16 (nonfree.iso) version.

Is there a particular reason why Marketplace is empty?

StartOS v040 isn’t released yet, all v040 services are under development and only available on the alpha registry.

  • Can I point more than one domain name to my server?

Yes, you can.

As for the service you use to create lightning addresses, I believe on LNbits if you had two domain names pointed to it… you’d have…

peacefulstreams@domain1.com
peacefulstreams@domain2.com

And they’d both work, and they’d both go to the same place and be interchangable. I think so, anyway.
