RPC error unable connect

i have problem , i installed os and bitcoin core and it starts sync after around 1h impossible to connect and give me this error after putting password :

RPC ERROR: Database Error pool timed out while waiting for an open connection

i changed and put a new 1Tb ssd disk and same error after 1h
what could be the problem ?

It looks like you have a hardware problem, likely power delivery or the data connection to your drive. What hardware are you using?
