My issue is I seem to have broken my Embassy Pro (I have the first edition of the Purism server). I had loaded 0.4 and was using it fine. I have a back up for it. However, after loading Synapse and configuring it, the server became unresponsive. I tried a hard reboot but the server won’t boot. I plugged in a monitor and keyboard and it looks like it’s booting but then freezes on second 79 - every time. I then tried to boot from USB to reflash 0.4. However, it won’t boot from USB either. It shows the initial boot screen, then starts to boot from USB after the 5 second countdown, but then the monitor goes blank and seems unable to receive output from the server even though the server remains on.
Also, is the private matrix support server not running anymore? I tried to access it but the link doesn’t work.
