Sparrow wallet doesn't sync Ledger wallet in start os

Message: Could not open device or get fingerprint.

Im running start os in Virtual box on my window computer. Successfully running Bitcoin knots, electrs , Datum Gateway and Sparrow.

When trying to ad a Ledger X or Ledger S hardware wallet, im getting the message .

Anyone as a suggestion, i tried many ways and watched instructional videos but in vain.

Im very close to get it done , but i need a final push.

Im not technical in linux but was able to achive so much in Start os running my own bitcoin knots node
, mining Bitcoin and configuring my own blocks in the blockchain.

Unless you have a very specific use-case, you shouldn’t be running Sparrow on your server. You’ll have limited functionality that way. You’d have better luck running Sparrow on Windows, and connecting it to Bitcoin, or electrs, running on your server.
