You should really use a UPS to prevent disk corruption.
For now we’d reinstall StartOS and hope everything is where you left it.
First you’d create the bootable USB, boot it and select the options to keep the existing data: https://docs.start9.com/0.3.5.x/flashing-guides/os-x86
Then you install StartOS, selected to use the existing data partition: https://docs.start9.com/0.3.5.x/misc-guides/attach-drive
If at any of these points no drives are detected… then your partitions are gone. And you’ll have to recover from backups.
