Start 9 Pure Server connectivity problems

Recently purchased Pure server (32GB/4TB) that was set up on Windows computer. Did initial setup as per documentation and downloaded services. From the beginning services would run from between 2-36 hours then services shut down. To fix the issue I would have to shut down server and reboot and reconnect through browser again, Checked updates and all are up to date. The server is connected by ethernet cable same as the computer to router but the computer is not losing connection when services shut down. I know this is a very generic description but I am not a tech guy but able to follow instructions. Thank you,
