I may be missing something here. What’s the concern? It looks fine to me. The mempool has been pretty empty as of late. It looks like your Min Transaction Relay Fee is set to 0.00001, - 1sat/vB. Which is perfectly fine. It’s up to you what transactions to want in your mempool. You could add another zero to that if you want to see, and propagate, 0.1sat/vB transactions. We can see that a lot of transaction that ended up in the block were ignored by your mempool.
