Start9 server 1 does not support special characters when typping the password

I created a password with special characters. I can log in remote using it.
However, when I connect direct to server I can’t do so because the server does not support special characters such as #.
I have tried typing the password using different keyboards to confirm that the problem is not with my keyboard. The result was the same.
I would appreciate any information on this matter.

I haven’t been able to reproduce this either in typing the characters (the UI allows you to do so) or saving the password and then logging in.

Since you mentioned # I used QWERTY### as the the password without issue.

The problem is with the QWERTY keyboard for Spanish language with the Ñ key. With that keyboard you cannot use special signs of the type # for example. In any case, thank you for answering me. Best regards.

Do you have this Keyboard connected directly to your server? It sounds like you are in kiosk mode, which probably only has support for the standard QWERTY keyboard. The kiosk mode is a troubleshooting tool, and not meant for daily use.
